Today's the day!
After months of waiting in excitement, the big day has finally arrived. I'm sitting at the air port with a group from my school. Our first flight has been delayed till 2:00 so we have two hours more of waiting. Joy. I was all ready just to go!
First we fly to salt lake, then seattle, then beijing. My plan was to sleep but, My friend Jill (miss world traveller)has told me not to sleep on the plain so im going to attempt to stay awake for the next 24 hours. Yikes. Luckily Emily has promised to sit next to me and keep me awake. We arrive tomorrow at 11:00.

I received a text at 7:37 a.m. that read "We made it"! Good for you, Jess. You have now traveled to another continent! Can't wait to read your updates...and don't forget pictures. Love you.
